Green Chilli Paste
Green chilli is crushed with garlic, lemon juice, sugar and salt to make a fine paste that can be used as a hot sauce.
Ingredients
- 250 grams green chillies
- 1/2 cup of cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Lemon juice obtained from half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a grinder and grind to a fine paste by adding a little water
- Pour the paste in a clean jar and refrigerate for longer use
